The building was designed and built as a total precast concrete structure using shear walls for lateral stability. RIZZ Engineering was involved in the structural design from the preliminary planning stages and value engineering sessions to the completion of construction.
RIZZ Engineering produced the erection drawings and cast-unit production drawings to the precast manufacturer’s standards.
12-storey student apartment building with a gross floor area of 4, 440 m2 (47, 790 ft2).
The main floor area is shared between amenity, commercial and exterior parking.
