RIZZ Engineering was excited to find that the Ontario Building Envelope Council has featured a project which we were involved in, 228 Albert Street, in their newsletter Pushing the Envelope, Spring 2016.

The Ontario Building Envelope Council (OBEC) is a non-profit organization that strives to address today’s challenges of facing building performance and sustainability. One of OBEC’s keys to success is their dedication to building science education at all levels.

OBEC’s Spring 2016 newsletter, Pushing the Envelope, featured one of RIZZ’s large residential projects, 228 Albert Street, Waterloo (found on page 39). As stated in the article below, OBEC talks about 228 Albert as a building that stands out above the rest for its excellent example of applied design.
